EXAN Ex4421-CE is the new middle level thin client in the EXAN Product range based on Microsoft Windows CE.Net. With a built in Internet Explorer 6.0 the Ex4421-CE / -TCE can be used as either a stand alone browser terminal or in a thin client environment with Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003 or NT4 Servers or with Citrix Meta / Win Frame Servers. With the powerful SIS processor the users will be able to work in a multiple session environment. The standard 10/100 Base Ethernet, PCMCIA slot for Wireless LAN IEEE 802.11b (PCMCIA card required), 1 serial port, 1 parallel port, 2 USB ports and PS2 ports for keyboard and mouse makes the Ex4421 series a unique versatile thin client. With minimal footprint and a slim, elegant design the Ex4421 series can either be placed on the desk with a TFT/CRT Monitor located on-top, vertically in the stand provided or wall mounted, offering flexibility, reliability in a user friendly environment.

The EXAN Ex4421-TCE also has the added benefit of an embedded Ericom Terminal Emulator to provide the flexibility to be able to provide the user the ability to run existing legacy applications.

The EXAN thin clients are very easy, simple devices to setup with an easy step by step on-screen setup procedure. All EXAN Thin Clients are bundled with the Administrator Package eProManger to give the IT Administrator the advantage to manage all the EXAN Thin Clients centrally in the Network.
